ICOM’s portfolio of programmes focuses on four sectors:

The Infrastructure Sector, that is,

Programmes in single organisations or several together, in specific infrastructure sectors, such as telecoms, electricity, water, ports etc.
Open programmes dealing with specific subject areas, such as the privatisation process, regulation, project finance (PPP etc), risk management, the tendering process etc.

The Private Sector in Emerging Markets, including for example:

Manufacturing
Extractive sectors, e.g. mining, oil, gas
Hospitality
Banking and other financial services
Retailing

The Parastatal Sector

The Public Sector, covering civil services, their ministries and support services.

In each of these sectors action learning programmes can be conducted at several levels, depending on the client’s needs.  For example, we can CUSTOMISE programmes for:
