Developing a strategy to launch Infrastructure Development Institutes (IDIs) in specific countries to become Centres of Excellence in propagating best practice and knowledge in the whole area of infrastructure.

Develop major conferences to share experiences and knowledge about infrastructure.  To do this on a global basis.
